Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 5 – 8 business days after processing

    • International: 7–21 business days after processing (depending on location)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Carrier Information

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and shipping method selected.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Customs delays or duties for international orders

For issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not ship to that region at this time.
